Hongqi definitely nails the luxury look, but reliability is still a question mark outside of China. They’re trying to compete with brands like Genesis, but long-term maintenance costs and parts availability could be a concern, especially if you’re not in a market where they have a strong dealer...
Seems like Hongqi’s still got some work to do, especially when it comes to build quality and how it drives. It’s a bummer when a car looks sharp, but then you’ve got flimsy doors and a throttle that’s more “meh” than “wow.” Fingers crossed they fix these hiccups in future models!
